/24-7PressRelease/ - SAN RAFAEL, CA, July 16, 2008 - "We will separate the sexes into different halves of the ballroom for seminars on How to Pick Up the Opposite Sex," says Organizer Rich Gosse. "We are segregating the sexes so that the speakers can get down and dirty and be politically incorrect. Then we will combine the two groups so that everyone can practice their newfound skills during the DANCE PARTY that follows the seminars. During the party the top two Bay Area Pick Up Artists will be selected and awarded prizes."
SUSAN BRADLEY, founder and director of Loving University, will instruct the Men on How to Pick Up Women. She is the author of How to Be Irresistible to the Opposite Sex, Irresistible Prescriptions for Love, and the forthcoming I Know Why You Are Still Single. Her enlightening and entertaining advice has been featured by CNN, Montel, HardCopy, Good Day New York, Cosmopolitan, YM Magazine, Complete Woman Magazine, London's Take a Break, and dozens of other newspapers, radio, and TV shows.
"If you want to meet someone," says Bradley, "you've got to make a move. But here lies the problem for most singles—what do you say that's not a turnoff, and then where do you go from there?"
Ms. Bradley, who met her fianc David by asking him to check her oil at a gas station, will answer these questions, as well as discuss how to:
•dress, walk, and talk
•read body language
•deliver that opening line
• flirt
•take rejection
•conduct that first date.

RICH GOSSE, Chairman of The Society of Single Professionals, will instruct the women on How to Pick Up Men. "Women have always been taught to play hard to get," says Mr. Gosse. "That's a disastrous strategy! If you play hard to get, you have to settle for what you get. If you want a highly desirable man, you have to compete for him, just as you would for all of the finer things in life."
Mr. Gosse is America's foremost authority on meeting a romantic partner. He is the author of eight books on the subject, including You CAN Hurry Love, Singles Guide to the Bay Area, and A Good Man Is EASY to Find ("This is a great book!" Oprah Winfrey). His entertaining advice has been featured by ABC, BBC, CBS, CNBC, Fox News, MSNBC, Oprah, Donahue, The Wall Street Journal, Cosmpolitan, Newsweek, Entrepreneur, Business Week, Playboy, Playgirl, The London Times, The Australian, The New Zealand Herald, etc. He has lectured on this topic at 61 colleges throughout California and Nevada. Mr. Gosse is available to the news media for interviews by calling 415/479-3800. His website is http://www.RichGosse.com.
