Technology in Motion Ltd is the exclusive UK and Republic of Ireland provider of PlagioCare cranial remoulding treatment for infants who have a head shape deformity such as
plagiocephaly or brachycephaly. This head shape malformation is often known s
flat head syndrome and it can be corrected if treated early enough using a cranial remoulding orthosis (helmet).
The PlagioCare helmet and treatment has been in existence for three years and has treated thousands of infants in the UK and Europe and it is a most successful therapy.
In response to our client's views and significant market research,
Technology in Motion will be changing the treatment and helmet name within the UK and ROI to
TiMband with immediate effect.
The
TiMband helmets will continue to be manufactured by Ossur Ltd and there will be no changes to the very successful manufacturing or treatment protocols.
Technology in Motion is dedicated to improving the lives of infants in the UK and ROI by working to minimise the causes and effects of flat head syndrome, ensuring that our children grow up with a normal and acceptable head shape.
