MARSHFIELD, MA, January 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Please join us for the second installment of #drchat on Twitter on January 22 at 12 pm EST, 11 am CST. Our return host, Dr. Kathleen Berchelmann, M.D. and pediatric hospitalist at St. Louis Children's Hospital, will be available, live, to answer your questions related to infant and toddler feeding.

Did you know that by the time they're six months old, less than half of American babies are getting any breast milk?

Dr. Berchelmann will explain the benefits of the breast, and offer some tips to help moms - and dads - succeed.

When is it safe to introduce rice cereal to your baby's diet? Dr. Berchelmann shares thoughts on timing this nutritional milestone, and making sure your delivery method is developmentally safe.

Dr. Berchelmann will also address whether there are certain foods that can hurt your baby, and when it is safe to start testing restricted foods. She'll also address whether your baby is more at risk than others.
