NOTTINGHAM, ENGLAND, February 10, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Since its first show in 2006, The Back Pain Show has seen 45,000 visitors pass through its doors. The 2012 show will include Shopping and Products, Expert Seminars, a Therapy and Exercise Zone and a Relaxation Zone.

PosturePlast (http://www.postureplast.co.uk/) is a drug-free solution for lower back pain that works to tackle a main cause of lower back pain: poor posture. An adhesive support for the lower back, PosturePlast keeps the wearer's back in its 'safe-zone', immediately relieving existing pain and meaning back problems are also less likely to recur.

The Back Pain show will be the first exhibition that PosturePlast, launched in October 2011, has attended and will give visitors the chance to meet Osteopath and inventor of PosturePlast Adam Dallison (http://www.postureplast.co.uk/what-is-postureplast/the-expertise.aspx).

Dallison says, "Back pain is incredibly common, with 80% of adults experiencing it at some point in their lives. The Back Pain Show is a fantastic opportunity for sufferers to explore the wide range of treatment options available to them and talk to a variety of experts all in one place.

As the first show we have attended, we are really looking forward to meeting the public and giving people a new solution to back pain that they might not have encountered before", continues Dallison.

"Unlike pain relief medicine, PosturePlast works to tackle the root cause of mechanical lower back pain, rather than just masking the symptoms when they occur. Being drug-free, PosturePlast can be used in conjunction with pain relief medication to give two forms of pain relief and also means that people who commonly suffer from back pain but can't take medication, such as pregnant woman, can benefit", explains Dallison.

Visitors can find out more about PosturePlast at stand 60 between 10.00 and 17.00 on the 24th and 25th of February. PosturePlast will be available to purchase at a special rate of 25% off throughout the show.

A limited number of free tickets to The Back Pain Show are available at http://www.postureplast.co.uk. Tickets claimed this way will come with a voucher for one free sample of PosturePlast, redeemable upon visiting PosturePlast's stand at The Back Pain Show.

About PosturePlast: PosturePlast is a class I medical device, which has been designed by Osteopath Adam Dallison to both provide pain relief for lower back pain, as well as helping encourage correct posture in the wearer. It takes the principle of the clinically proven method of taping, used by osteopaths and physiotherapists for many years, but makes it easy for people to use on their own. Trials were carried out on PosturePlast between May and July 2010 in conjunction with four GPs surgeries and after consultation with the President of the Society for Back Pain Research.
