Powerchex was recognised in the 'Business of the Year' category for the 2nd year running at a glittering awards ceremony in London Wednesday evening. The Judging Panel paid tribute to Powerchex, recognising the outstanding customer service record of an SME in a highly competitive industry sector.
Alexandra Kelly, who was also shortlisted in the 'Business Person of the Year' category, said she was flattered and delighted that all the hard work behind Powerchex had been recognised by the Judging Panel.
"It is an incredible achievement for us to be honoured two years running, especially given the extraordinary standard of competition at this year's awards. It is a tribute to the dedication and professionalism of the entire Powerchex team!"
This is not the first time that Powerchex has won praise from a professional judging panel; in recent years Powerchex has been commended for its pioneering staff training and development programme, which lowered costs by reducing staff turnover and increasing the output per person.

In fact, Powerchex is growing so quickly that it has to take on additional office space in Wapping, and is looking to hire an additional 90 staff just to keep up with demand.
