The purpose of the event is to showcase Palazzo Del Lago, an Intercontinental Hotel and residencies in Orlando Florida. Palazzo is situated on 42 acres along the shimmering shores of Lake Bryan on International Drive and is strategically located just two minutes from Disney. The project comprises 585 "For Sale" condo hotel units and 994 for sale condominium units. The main event is scheduled to take place August 3, 2006 in Bogotá and is expected to have an audience of over 200, which will include media and brokers, from Colombia who specialize in selling U.S. properties. Although the focus will be primarily on the major PR event, Preconstruction Network's agenda will also consist of additional one-on-one meetings and presentations.
Preconstruction Networks is no stranger to the Colombian market. Just last year the company participated in a trade mission to Colombia, headed by Florida's Governor Jeb Bush and the company occupies an office in Bogotá with a staff of highly educated real estate specialists.
