Nardi began his career at Print Art, Inc. more than 10 years ago as a graphic artist and imaging technician. He moved progressively up the management track, becoming the company's MIS Systems Administrator with an emphasis on Research and Development.
Nardi is a graduate of Northampton College, with a degree in Advertising Design. He has also been trained in Rapport Leadership International. Nardi resides in Brigantine, N.J.
