This annual event is hosted by the Hall of Fame Players themselves, and will benefit the Hall of Fame Players Enshrinees Assistance Fund and the Parkinson Research Foundation.
The annual Hall of Fame Players Classic is one of the many exciting and prestigious events that set the stage for America's greatest sporting event, the Super Bowl. This event couples the many rich traditions associated with the Hall of Fame with the sights, sounds and excitement of football's World Championship. During this event, many Pro Football Hall of Fame Legends will participate in a benefit golf tournament for their fellow Hall of Fame alumni, AND those affected by Parkinson's disease.
Current sponsors of the 2010 Hall Of Fame Players Classic include Sirius NFL, NFL on Fox, Links Magazine, E&J Gallo Winery and Premier Beverage, and Keurig.
Sponsorships for, and a limited number of playing spots in the 2010 Hall Of Fame Players Classic are still available. This event will provide the opportunity for participants to join 25+ Pro Football Hall of Fame legends for a fun-filled round of golf with a Pro Football Hall of Fame Player as your team captain. Sponsorship packages also include tickets to the tournament's VIP cocktail reception and awards, and the renowned Taste of The NFL "Super Bowl Extravaganza" on Saturday, February 6th.
