Mr. Hoye has 25 years of professional experience in accounting, financial process improvement, end user computing (EUC) risk management and project management.
Prior to joining Prodiance, Mr. Hoye was the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Financial End User Application Risk Services for Jefferson Wells International, where he developed the firm's service delivery methodology and led global delivery. While working with Prodiance over the past 5 years, Mr. Hoye has been instrumental in developing world class spreadsheet diagnostic tools, and has helped many leading organizations automate and improve governance over critical spreadsheets and EUCs. Mr. Hoye has been presenting to international audiences on spreadsheet and EUC risk issues since 2006, and has advised and trained numerous organizations on spreadsheet remediation, controls, and development best practices. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, Mr. Hoye was Director of Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting at Pepsi Cola General Bottlers, an internationally franchised producer and distributor of Pepsi products.
