The professional grant-research and writing firm is headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, and is owned by Cari Campbell, J.D. Campbell received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Studies from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she was the top student in Legal Research and Writing, Business Organizations, Property Law, and Federal Administrative Law. She currently maintains a private law practice in southwest Wisconsin and a grant firm in eastern Iowa to assist organizations nationwide with grant research, writing, and management.

According to Lee, the consulting group will rely on this new alliance to keep them informed about the availability and changes in government funding. Campbell has worked with a range of clients from around the United States and from a variety of industries, giving her a broad base of grants knowledge.
