"This strategic acquisition closely follows our opening of an office in Edmonton, Alberta," commented Derin Hildebrandt, Vice President, ProjectLine.
TORONTO, ON, April 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ProjectLine Solutions Inc. (www.projectline.ca), a long-established Canadian SAP Channel Partner, today announced that it has acquired the SAP Business One division of ACCEO Solutions Inc. (ACCEO) based in Toronto, Ontario. The acquisition is strategic to ProjectLine's growth, bringing expanded business and solution expertise to customers in Ontario, and positioning ProjectLine to more fully support a growing customer base across the nation.
ACCEO has built a successful SAP Business One practice in Toronto, and has established itself as a leading SAP partner in Canada. The Toronto-based operation and its customers will now be able to leverage ProjectLine's proven resources that focus on the SAP Business One solution in other regions, with a unique skill set that includes industry expertise, solution customization, and the only datacenter in Canada that is dedicated to hosting SAP Business One customer installations.
"This strategic acquisition closely follows our opening of an office in Edmonton, Alberta," commented Derin Hildebrandt, Vice President, ProjectLine. "Expansion is crucial not only to meeting our growth objectives, but to providing effective, local support to our customers as they extend their own geographic presence. Our growth in Western Canada has been organic, but as we look to markets in Central Canada, the acquisition of a successful practice such as ACCEO's is a natural fit."
"We are excited for our staff that will join ProjectLine, a company that boasts a low employee turnover rate and a demonstrated commitment to building long-term relationships with customers," said Guy Lacoursiere Vice President Team ERP ACCEO. "Our existing customers will now have access to a wider range of services and resources that focus on SAP Business One, and will benefit from the proven performance of ProjectLine and its industry-leading consulting team."
ProjectLine will retain the employees of the Toronto-based operation, ensuring continuity of customer service and ongoing projects, with second tier support coming from ProjectLine's existing services team. "We are pleased to be adding the Ontario office to our team, which has gained a reputation for customer satisfaction and retention since first becoming an SAP Channel Partner in 2004," stated Darrell McClarty, President & CEO, ProjectLine. "We are looking forward to welcoming existing Ontario customers and growing the customer base in this region. Our team is committed to providing this region with the same high quality of service as afforded to the rest of our customer base, whether it be solutions and services all ready in place, or expanded offerings such as our cloud services or unique capabilities in solution customization. Our focus is to enable our customers to do what they do, better."
