/24-7PressRelease/ - September 16, 2006 - Proveout.com has extended its telephone verification service. The new feature enables a Third Party to learn the result of verification within the Verification Call.
In general, the procedure of verification stays the same: Proveout.com connects Third Party, System plays a greeting message and asks the Third Party to enter a pin-code presented on Client's website by using phone keypad. Upon obtaining pin-code, System compares pin-code and informs the Third Party about verification result. System plays the appropriate message e.g. "You are verified successfully" or "Verification failed" right after Third Party entered pin-code. In case pin-codes mismatch, System gives a second opportunity for the Customer to enter a valid pin-code and so on. Number of attempts that Customer gets before verification fails can be set via API.
