/24-7PressRelease/ -- PruHealth has announced it is now offering intermediaries the ability to quote on the new products whilst on the road, with the launch of its new iPad quote app.
The new PruHealth
iPad quote app was made available to download through iTunes and is open to all intermediaries with access to the PruHealth Adviser Zone.
The new app is the first of its kind in the industry, giving advisers the opportunity to quote and apply on individual policies and quote for SME groups of 3-9 members.
PruHealth worked directly with intermediaries during the development of the app to ensure it meets broker needs and is as simple as possible. The app provides intermediaries with three plan options, for both the Business Healthcare and Personal Healthcare quotes, which can then be used as a basis to tailor to the clients needs and as a means of comparison. The touch screen technology means a quote can be tailored in seconds, allowing intermediaries to present several options to their clients in a short space of time.
Within the
health insurance quote tool there is also a hospital finder, product information on each module and details about the Vitality programme ensuring the app is a complete sales tool.

Having demonstrated the app at PruHealth's product launch events, many intermediaries have been anticipating its release on iTunes.
