O'Neil has been accepted among the ranks of premier professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Healthcare Industry. As Purchasing Agent for the Salt Lake City V.A. Hospital, as well as throughout her incredible 22 year career, Tracie has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The Salt Lake City V.A. Hospital is part of the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System which is the major referral center for the Intermountain West veteran population. They provide health care ranging from basic primary care to complex surgical procedures.

As the Purchasing Agent for the hospital, Tracie is in charge of inventory management and responsible for over $100,000 in purchases a day. During her educational career, she earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University.
