Puro Sound Labs' "Healthy Headphones" Sensory Relief Benefits Lead to Partnership with Autism Charity KultureCity

Autism based charity KultureCity discovers the sensory relief and benefits of Puro headphones among autistic children leading to partnership to provide tangible help for families.

"Being able to offer a safe, comforting solution for individuals with sensory disorders is a rewarding extension of Puro Sound's mission."

SAN DIEGO, CA, September 21, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Puro Sound Labs, a premier audio company committed to eliminating Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) caused by unsafe headphones, has joined forces with KultureCity, a charity passionate about active community involvement both in awareness and acceptance of autism, but also promoting inclusion, job creation and helping autistic individuals reach their full potential.

Puro's "Healthy Headphones" noise attenuation and safe decibel level provide sensory relief for all ages and has proven to be a positive solution for sensory issues that autistic individuals experience. Puro and KultureCity have partnered to help bring awareness and provide a headphone alternative that will benefit a larger number of the public while also cutting down on the number of people that develop hearing loss due to extreme noise levels.

Puro CEO Brett Lacey said, "We are extremely excited to be working with a world-class organization like Kulture City. Being able to offer a safe, comforting solution for individuals with sensory disorders is a rewarding extension of Puro Sound's mission. We couldn't ask for a better partner."

Puro headphones will be featured in all sensory initiatives in conjunction with KultureCity including major sports arenas, zoos, schools and theatres enabling autistic individuals to cope with sensory sensitivities that so commonly interfere with their daily lives. Puro will also be a sponsor of KultureCity's "Love Without Words" autism awareness campaign, set to launch in November 2016.

Puro is excited to join alongside celebrities Tiki Barber, Mick Foley and Jamie Lynn Siegler as supporters of KultureCity, whose sole focus is on helping autistic individuals realize their potential by providing tangible help to children with autism and their families. Puro and KultureCity will have a co-marketing plan to bring further awareness to autism and Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL).

"Our ongoing partnership with Puro will allow us to continue to fulfill the needs for these amazing autistic children and their families. We couldn't be more thankful for their support," says KultureCity Founder/CEO Julian Maha, M.D.

As KultureCity's partner, Puro Sound Labs will further support the foundation by donating a percentage of sales from purchases using the code KultureCity at checkout on www.purosound.com.

About Puro Sound Labs
Established in 2014, Puro Sound Labs is dedicated to fighting the growing epidemic of Noise Induced Hearing Loss by providing healthy, affordable, high-quality listening products. Founder Dave Russell learned that his youngest daughter had developed Noise Induced Hearing Loss with doctors identifying her headphone's excessive volume as the cause. Without a safe alternative to the damaging headphones on the market, Dave set out create the solution. Puro Sound Labs has since created the world's only studio-grade Bluetooth headphone that puts the safety of one's hearing first. Puro Sound Labs is committed to building awareness and the pursuit of reducing the impact of NIHL by developing new products and technologies to provide a solution to this growing epidemic.
