VENTNOR, NJ, January 16, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/
-- There is something remarkable about a centuries old home at the seashore. So many memories and so much charm. The goal of the Remarkable Renovations Team is to preserve the nostalgia and character of these lovely old homes, while tailoring to the owners' individual taste, lifestyle, and budget.
That's exactly what the team is doing for Steve and Ilene Berger of Newtown Square, PA. The couple bought an historic oceanfront villa in Ventnor, New Jersey that was owned by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Saint Joseph's Villa by the Sea was a place of solace and retreat for vacationing and elderly priests for decades. The Berger's enlisted the help of the renowned Remarkable Renovations Team to renovate the home as a family vacation spot for their children and grandchildren.
Remarkable Renovations owner Debbi Buchalski and her team of contractors are creating the home to include four separate suites, each with three to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. remarkablerenovationshomes.com.
"The Berger's have three married children all with young families, each with unique tastes and needs. This is a family project in all respects. What a wonderful beach house!" says Buchalski. "The original house is 120 years old and built on sand. It's all about the structure, first with the main house, and then marrying the original property to a series of important additions."
The Berger's are quite familiar with Debbi and her team having bought two other homes from her previously one for love and one for investment.
"When we bought the villa from the Archdiocese, we would have no one other than Debbi and her Remarkable Renovations Team transform it into our perfect family home," says Ilene Berger. "Debbi is creative, and her work is flawless. She is always available, extremely professional, and just a joy to work with. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends."
Buchalski appreciates the loyalty of clients like the Berger's, and will stop at nothing to meet individual expectations and goals.
"We listen to our clients. We help them define their priorities and refine their unique sense of style with realistic budgets in mind. In fact, the Remarkable Team becomes the client's imagination," Buchalski says.
