R. Sonia Batra has nine years of experience as a physician. She is responsible for medical dermatology, conducting research and performing surgical procedures for cosmetic surgeries and skin cancer treatments. She became involved in her profession because her family were in the medical field. She attributes her success to the support she received from her mentors. Dr. Batra also volunteers her time by performing pro-bono skin cancer screenings.

Dr. Batra received her MD from Harvard University in 2000. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatology and the American College Mohs Surgery, and a Diplomate of The American Board of Dermatology, Inc.
