HUDSON, OH, February 05, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Radcom, Inc., a Hudson, Ohio based consulting firm, will offer a free executive briefing for business owners, senior executives, and managers, interested in learning about human capital challenges and opportunities that are emerging as a result of the current recession. "The economy over the past eighteen months has been a huge challenge for all companies," said presenter, Dan Konfal, Director of Radcom's Human Capital Services Practice. Konfal added that "When you boil down the question, 'Why have employees?', the answer is because a company needs their skills and knowledge."

Konfal explains that it is no secret that companies have reduced staff during the recession, and that meant giving up some of the skills and knowledge that are the core of their human capital. As we move out of the recession, the trick is to figure out how to rebuild that human capital with a smaller and leaner staff.

This session will be held on Friday, February 19, from 7 - 9:30 a.m. at Radcom's headquarters. Refreshments will be provided. Attendees are asked to RSVP at least one week prior to the session by calling 330-650-4777 ext. 221.

Future executive briefings will rotate between Thursday evenings, Friday mornings, and Friday afternoons. In addition to sessions facilitated by Mr. Konfal on human capital practices, Robert Dianetti, Radcom's founder and president, will focus future topics on Radcom's areas of expertise including staff training and technical communication.
Future topics are to be announced one to two months prior to these scheduled dates and times:
