Raymond R. McHale Brings his Expertise in Personnel Development to Starbucks Corporation

Mr. McHale, who is noted for his ability to develop people, brings 23 years of professional experience to the Starbucks coffee chain, where he specializes in profit-and-loss analysis as well as personnel development. As district manager, he is charged with staffing and overseeing the stores in St. Petersburg, coaching managers, budgeting, and designing training systems. Over the course of his career at Starbucks, Mr. McHale has been honored with several citations, including two Spirit of Starbucks awards - one of which was bestowed in recognition of his involvement in 9/11 relief efforts in New York City - and a District Manager of the Year award for his work in Florida. In 2010, he was named Professional of the Year in Retail Operations Management by Cambridge Who's Who. He credits his successes to the wholehearted support of his partner and friends.

Mr. McHale holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and completed coursework in business at Pillsbury College. He is a former member of the International Executive Guild. Within the next few years, Mr. McHale aspires to become a regional manager for Starbucks in Florida.
