    HURST BRIDGE, VIC, AUSTRALIA, February 10, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Jane Glaisher has been recognized by Stanford Who's Who as a result of her spectacular work in the Hospitality and Real Estate Industries. As a Partner in G&T Business Brokers as well as throughout her impressive 33 year professional career, Jane has routinely demonstrated an extraordinary level of dedication and diligence.

G&T Business Brokers provide a wide variety of services in financial planning and consultancy as well as real estate assistance for the hospitality industry. Whether it be helping a client sell their hospitality business, assisting a client in a purchase of a venture or providing financial expertise in consultation for businesses, G&T can answer the call. They have vast knowledge in the areas of business consultancy, project management, accounting and financial management, business marketing and e-Business management.

Jane began her professional career in hospitality in 1977 working in inner suburban hotels and the prestigious Naval and Military Club as a steward. She earned her Diploma in Catering and Hotel Operations at William Angliss and was awarded the most outstanding student each year. Upon graduation, Glaisher won the House of Seppelt award for the highest academic achievement in her educational career at the institution.

Glaisher went on to attain a degree in Accounting from the University of Melbourne in the mid 1980's and worked in the finance departments of Carlton United Breweries, Australia Wide Industries and Health and Life Care Ltd. Gathering an extensive amount of financial experience in the process, Jane stepped forward in her career when she owned and operated Tarts 'n' Terrines in Hawthorn with a business partner. During this time she lectured in hospitality accounting and economics at Dandenong Institute of TAFE.

In the early 1990's, Jane entered the hospitality training industry by becoming the financial controller of the Australian College of Travel and Hospitality. She also set up a private hospitality training college for Bensons Hospitality and Training Pty Ltd. After securing numerous tenders with the State Training Board of Victoria in the areas of food and beverage and gaming, Glaisher became Executive Director of Hospitality Group Training Victoria Ltd which became Victoria's largest employer of apprentice cooks. There she was awarded tenders to train the apprentices in the Certificate IV in Commercial Cooking for 5 consecutive years.

After a year of practicing residential real estate, Jane completed her full Certificate IV in Business Practice (Real Estate) with distinctions and Lifting the Hammer - Introduction to Auctioneering. During that time Jane became Honorary Treasurer for the Nillumbik Tourism Association and was President of the Australian Culinary Federation of Victoria.

Being that her practical skills are in hospitality operations, management accounting, sales and broking, it was only natural for Jane to establish G&T Business Broking to provide specialist advice to the hospitality industry.

Glaisher is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. She enjoys playing golf in her time away from the business.
