landlording in Michigan, how to buy and sell to investors, seniors, home owners, and out of state buyers, how to run a recover home for drug and sustenance abusers and how to hire a contractor.

Ralph Mark Maupin, said "Last month people loved the meeting they were still there 2 hours after the meeting ended. The format is the best as we are bringing in local experts for people to hear." Maupin went on to say the Wayne County Community College is now co-educational sponsor for our real estate investing group which will allow a wider range of speakers for meetings.

From 6-7pm: enjoy numerous resource tables and networking. Tables offer a range of resources such as Credit, Bank Programs, Titles, Education, Real Estate, and Reverse Mortgages.


Below is a list of some of the tables and the information that will be available.

Leslie Norush, with Betty Brigade and Title Services, a personal assistance and concierge service based company. They are one of the top 100 businesses in MI by Corp. Magazine and featured in Crain's this week.

Mary Griffin, a National Credit Educator, has information on how to handle credit issues for you and your customers. Mary has made a huge difference for many of our members, helping them with their personal credit. A must talk to person.

Jeff Taylor, your college funding coach, will be here to offer tips and advice on getting education funding you need for you, your children, and grand children. People save money to put their child through college not realizing the grants and other funding sources that are out there for them - come see Jeff at his table for great coaching and advice.

Keith Paul, owner of HandyPro Handyman Services, will share tips on what to look for when you hire a contractor.
