RealEstateHomePages.com, a national web-hosting service designed specially for realtors, has stepped up the amount of training seminars they give and added new services to their already-loaded bundle of realtor-friendly Internet goodies.
Their main page now includes a Google calendar showing the dates and locations of future seminars, as well as links to sign up and see the locations on a Google map.
The free seminars are intended to introduce prospective clients to the myriad suite of tools and features available with their service, including user-friendly, self-editable web pages, featured listings pages, a Save-Your-Search feature, MLS searches, automated drip E-mail campaigns, and more.
Jeff Corbo, the company's marketing director, has been giving the seminars for years.
"It's a great opportunity for brokers and realtors who otherwise wouldn't have known these tools were available to get a hands-on introduction to our services," said Corbo. "The response is always terrific. We generally have a couple people sign up after each class."
RealEstateHomePages.com currently hosts over 700 realtors in the Twin Cities area and across the nation. They plan to expand their national clientele even more and bring their web-hosting services to a whole new group of agents and brokers whose Internet needs have not yet been met.
E-Client Contact is one of the company's newest features. This customizable drip E-mail program allows users to set up or import their own list of clients into the online database and keep contact with them by automatically sending messages at set intervals. A video tutorial on how to use this feature was recently added to the main web page to give greater clarity to this powerful tool.
"E-Client Contact is probably our coolest toy in our suite of services," said Corbo. "Because it's so vast, we wanted to have something to show our customers just how versatile it really is so they can make the most use out of it."
The seminars are held at the offices of the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors, the South Twin Cities Association of Realtors, the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, and the North Metro Realtors Association.
