Thru this annual event, Common Ground aims to raise funds to support the many outdoor adventures and activities they offer to children and adults with disabilities.

The "Reach for the Stars" Silent Auction benefit and fundraiser took place on Thursday, October 22, at the Riverwoods Conference Center in Logan, Utah. The event began at 6:30 and lasted approximately 3 hours.
Common Ground Outdoor Adventures is an organization that creates meaningful outdoor activities for persons with disabilities. According to the U.S. National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, there are over 4.7 million children that are severely limited in activity. Despite these limitations, many of these children are still able to participate in outdoor activities. Through its participation, Real Kids Shades hopes to raise awareness of the need to protect children's eyes from the harmful effects of the sun's radiation.
