/24-7PressRelease/ - SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ, August 02, 2006 -- RedSky IT (www.redskyit.com), the leading supplier of property management solutions, today announced its plans for the next upgrade to its full-service flagship product, the Entirety property management system. Several "wizards" will be added to Entirety to allow users at hotels to simplify their interactions with customers through easy-to-use windows that feature straightforward step-by-step instructions. In addition, these wizards will enable employees who have not been fully trained on the complete Entirety system to perform basic but important tasks in an expeditious manner.

Examples of the new wizards that will be rolled out are:

• A reservations wizard that uses a five-step process to handle bookings, walk-ins, and check-ins
• A guest-centric wizard to control every aspect of guest experiences at the hotels
• A check-in payment calculation wizard to manage this important front desk task

"We are constantly listening to the feedback from our customers and adding functionality to the Entirety property management system in response to what we are hearing," said Andrew Sanders, Director of Sales and Marketing of RedSky IT. "The addition of the new wizards to our product will benefit our end users at hotels around the world by streamlining commonly performed activities, saving time and improving the customers' experiences."

The Entirety property management system has been designed to fulfill the requirements of any size of hotel organization, from single hotels to chains of all sizes with the scope for further growth. Entirety provides a unified approach offering the unparalleled ability to control inventory in one location. With total integration from head office to property level, its single image architecture allows staff to always have access to real-time chain-wide information on rate, availability, hotel information and reservations, regardless of where they are within an organization.
