ReelTime Rentals, Inc. (OTCPK: RLTR) announced today that is has signed a letter of intent to enter into a cooperative marketing agreement with EthoStream, LLC, offering EthoStream's hospitality customers access to ReelTime's streaming movie and rental service.
Under the agreement, ReelTime will be delivering its high-quality video content over EthoStream's leading-edge high-speed Internet access system, enabling hotel guests to watch DVD-quality movies over the Internet on their laptop computers.
"The wireless broadband solution will initially provide access to approximately 2,500 hotels across America," said Barry Henthorn, CEO of ReelTime. "That's about 210,000 potential customers for ReelTime.com per day that we intend to convert into "Reel" revenue for both of our companies."
ReelTime.com will provide the end-to-end solution, including website creation, encoding, hosting, updating and on-going development utilizing the company's cutting edge video distribution technology, Intelligent Rapid Delivery System ("IRDS"). Additionally, EthoStream will be developing a dedicated interface to ensure that relevant graphical links and titles display seamlessly in support of ReelTime's on-screen promotions.
