She received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Eastern Washington University in 1988, and volunteers with Puget Sound Blood Center in her spare time. Ms. Crampton attributes her success to her perseverance and tenacity, and to the inspiration she received from her grandmother. Her goals for the next five years include taking on a higher management position.
