/24-7PressRelease/ - SAN DIEGO, CA, January 22, 2007 - This outreach and generous donation of time and professional resources is in celebration of GO Month (Get Organized Month) a national industry-wide event.

NAPO-SD will create a space-efficient layout and design for the 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse operated by the SDRM. In January, over twenty local Professional Organizers will converge on the warehouse to create systems and streamlined processes that will expedite inventory to the three local thrift stores operated by the SDRM. Special thanks go to The Home Depot, Rubbermaid, and Fast Signs (National City) for donating signs, shelving and supplies.

"We are pleased and honored to be working with San Diego Rescue Mission on this important organizing project," says Diana Jillie, President of NAPO-San Diego. "The results of this effort not only benefits thousands of SDRM clients, but also raises public awareness of the entire organizing industry."

GO Month is dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of getting organized and of hiring a professional organizer. NAPO is gearing up for our largest GO Month ever with 11 industry partners and a nationwide radio campaign. NAPO members will help over 10,000 people nationally get organized during this month-long event.

"January is the perfect month to get organized and start your new year off right," says NAPO President Barry Izsak. "Getting organized is one of the top 5 New Years' resolutions people make and with almost 4,000 NAPO members ready and available to assist, it is easier than most people think."

San Diego Rescue Mission (SDRM) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community of San Diego since 1955. SDRM serves meals, provides transitional housing as well as training and rehabilitation to those in need. See [url]www.sdrescue.org[url].
