As Vice President of Operations, Rajendran will oversee the Enterprise and Healthcare client services groups for the Americas.
Rajendran reports to Senior Vice President of Global Operations John Tan, who comments, "Madhu will play a fundamental role in providing operational and hands-on leadership for the Client Services team, developing sound client and project specific strategies and talent management."
Prior to joining Research Now, Rajendran served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with executive management and client service teams on a variety of topics including strategy, operations and organization effectiveness. Prior to McKinsey, he spent 6 years at i2 technologies in product marketing and services roles, and led the development of an India based client service organization.
