Crain's received nominations from employees of 191 companies this year. Leaders of the companies were then asked to fill out a survey on company benefits, policies and practices. One hundred and seven executives completed the survey, designed by the Southfield-based American Society of Employers. From their responses, 35 winning companies were chosen across five size categories, based on point totals.
RESOURCE will be featured in the Crain's Cool Places in Tough Times September 7 edition.
