SAVOY's classically trained chefs will assist you in creating a custom, multi-course, prix fixe menu for the occasion, using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Offerings such as upscale fois gras are menu staples, while popular seasonal specialties include pumpkin bisque, sweetbreads and dishes using apples, butternut squash, zucchini and watercress.
