Hill Wilson, joined by Jerrold P. Anders, Esq., of White and Williams LLP, spoke on recent case law regarding voir dire in medical malpractice cases and changes to the certificate of merit rule.
An avid legal educator on the topic of voir dire, Hill Wilson facilitated two seminars at the American Association for Justice 2008 Convention in Philadelphia last month. She presented at the 61st Annual Melvin M. Belli Seminar on July 11 and taught Convention attendees how to apply focus group research to voir dire during a program titled, "The Best of the Best-Great Trial Lawyers Reveal the Most Effective Concept or Technique They Use in Trial or In Preparation for Trial" on July 12.
