Ms. Way has more than 15 years of professional experience and is primarily responsible for managing operations, caring for children with special needs, teaching children with autism and hearing impairments, and working with nonprofit organizations. She previously worked as a contracted teacher and was responsible for teaching communication to deaf education students. She considers her ability to influence her nonverbal son to read and speak to be her greatest accomplishment. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her family.

Ms. Way holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and is affiliated with KindTree Productions, Inc. She hopes to expand her business in the future.
