Steve comes to Roar from his immersive media consultancy State Industry, where he had been advising clients in television, consumer brands, and promotion industry about opportunities in the emerging mediums of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Voice-Assistants.
Curran brings over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. The studio he founded in 2001, Pod Design, produced award-winning client solutions in branded entertainment, game development, and interactive marketing for clients including Red Bull Records, The History Channel, Lifetime Television, Sony Entertainment, Discovery Channel, Warner Brothers and others. Pod was acquired by Boston-based ad agency Connelly Partners in 2013.
