BOCA RATON, FL, January 15, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robb & Stucky Interiors recently hosted an open house that attracted nearly 200 Realtors from Miami-Dade through Palm Beach counties. The event was co-sponsored by Greenscots, a home remodeling company.

The lunch gathering enabled many of the guests to reconnect with the Robb & Stucky design partners who have worked with their homebuyers. Realtors spoke with Robb & Stucky's Boca Raton interior design team and viewed each designer's portfolios.

"We also provided a first-hand look at our incredible CAD capabilities," said Alan Steinberg, Boca Raton showroom general manager. "It is amazing how this advanced technology allows our clients to envision their new surroundings in a truly realistic way."

"Today, we appreciate the need of our clients to visualize the conceptualizations created by our design staff," explained Robb & Stucky's CAD Development Manager Bob Voelker. "Visualization is the key - it's all about 3D, rather than simply seeing furniture drawn onto a flat, two-dimensional floor plan. With 3D CAD technology, our designers can model, see and study their jobs to ensure the quality of the finished product before it is ever built. 3D CAD is certainly one of the factors that sets us apart from many other design firms."

"Many people purchase residences that need aesthetic enhancements or entire facelifts to make living in them more enjoyable," noted Vivian Armenti, design director at Robb & Stucky Interiors in Boca Raton. "Because we have a skilled, full-time team with all the support and resources in place that are required to deliver exceptional interiors, the relationship between our company and Realtors is a perfect match."

Cynthia Sandler, director of business development at the Boca Raton showroom, said that Robb & Stucky has over 26,000 rewards program members nationwide. "Homes, Realtors, designers and home furnishings go hand in hand, so this is a marriage that benefits everyone concerned," she said. "Consequently, our expectation of having a great event turnout was realized."

Greenscots, a division of the Georgeson Group that offers both a remodel and green program, is working with Robb & Stucky on several projects. By earning commissions and accruing points in Greenscots' "Go Realtor" Rewards program, referring Realtors enjoy a menu of benefits, including gift cards redeemable at venues such as Robb & Stucky.

"We are a construction company that works with talented interior designers like those affiliated with Robb & Stucky Interiors, who have access to beautiful home furnishings," stated Gregory Madsen, Georgeson's director of architecture. He was joined at the event by Alan Georgeson who added, "It is great to see so many Realtors here today. If they have clients looking to remodel their homes, we have an integrated approach and can execute a design in a sustainable and affordable way."

After guests met the key players at the event, they were treated to delectable lunch selections provided by Ruth Chris Steak House.
