With more than 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Kirk specializes in managing export control and is primarily responsible for managing contract compliance, taking orders, overseeing deceleration and recovery systems and troop parachutes. Prior to his current position he worked as a quality manager for five years and progressed to his current position. Mr. Kirk previously served in the United States Marine Corps (1978-1982) as a Flight-Equipmentman (aka Parachute Rigger) where he received the Certificate of Commendation from the Commanding General of the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.

A certified federal contracts manager, Mr. Kirk is affiliated with the National Contract Management Association and the Association of the United States Army. He stays current with the trends in his profession by attending seminars and conferences and reading industry-related publications. He feels that maintaining compliance standards in the global marketplace is the most important issue facing his profession. Mr. Kirk hopes to one day attain a higher managerial position.
