In 2000, Epps was appointed to her most recent position, regional manager for the Southwest region, where she oversaw the Phoenix, Tucson, Salt Lake City, Albuquerque and Las Vegas markets. Epps launched four Para Rentar publications and the Boise For Rent magazine. She also re-launched the Salt Lake City and Albuquerque For Rent magazines and the Phoenix Senior Outlook.
