/24-7PressRelease/ - TORONTO, ON, CANADA, May 01, 2006 - Ronco is pleased to introduce innovative hand-protection solutions: Grip-It latex and Nite-Lite nitrile coated gloves, delivering outstanding protection, dexterity, grip, and durability. The Grip-It glove's light and seamless knit liner is coated with specially formulated latex on the palm and fingers, and the Nite-Lite's 13-gauge nylon glove's palm and fingers are coated with nitrile.

With the wide variety of general purpose gloves available in the marketplace, users often find that they have to compromise their personal protection to use a glove that offers dexterity, grip, or durability. Ronco's Grip-It and Nite-Lite gloves offer protection and resistance to a variety of chemicals, oils, punctures, and snags while providing users with the dexterity they need for a high level of flexibility, easy finger movement and less finger fatigue. These two gloves also enable users to maintain a firm grip and hold on objects whether the surface is wet or dry. In addition, these gloves provide a high level of durability, offering a high degree of resistance to abrasions and allowing them to be used longer than many other glove types.

Most traditional general purpose work gloves, such as leather, string knit, or canvas, fail to provide protection, dexterity, grip, and durability simultaneously. While leather gloves are durable, they do not create a barrier against chemicals and lack the flexibility to allow users to move their fingers easily. String knit gloves are more flexible but provide less protection and durability.

In contrast, Ronco's new Grip-It and Nite-Lite gloves both deliver outstanding protection while excelling in dexterity, grip, and durability for industrial applications such as machinery, printing, food processing, automotive manufacturing, and small part assembly.

Established in 1996, Ronco specializes in superior protective solutions. With a focus on quality products and outstanding customer service, Ronco has developed a strong national presence across Canada. The Company's product lines range from disposable and industrial gloves to protective apparel, safety supplies, tote and polywoven bags, and more.
