NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA, May 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- To celebrate the end of a hectic tax season, the nation's largest tax resolution law firm spent the afternoon at a local park, where the firm's team of lawyers played against the legal support staff in a heated game of softball.

"The past few months have been the busiest in the history of my law firm," notes The Tax Lady Roni Deutch. "My attorneys and legal staff have been amazing. They have really gone above and beyond to keep up with the additional work. I appreciate their hard work and wanted to show it by throwing an afternoon picnic at a local park for them."

On Wednesday, April 22, Roni excused her attorneys and legal support staff at 10 AM to nearby Carmichael Park. There they enjoyed a relaxing late morning and sunny afternoon with a catered BBQ lunch and refreshments. They also had the 1st annual Roni Deutch Softball game. The teams were broken up into the attorneys against legal support staff.

"It was a great game," notes Jane Stecklein, one of the law firm's attorneys. "There was good camaraderie between the legal staff and the attorneys. We won in the end, and the final score was 11 to 9. The attorneys took the lead in the last inning. Justin Hein hit a two-run triple in that inning, which put us in the lead."

"Even though they lost," continued Stecklein, "the members of the legal staff played exceptionally well. James Owens was great in the outfield and Ben Pollack even made an amazing one handed catch."
