While inclusion in Worldwide Who's Who is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Who's Who membership.

Mr. Croessmann has 13 years of experience with the Mental Health Association of Essex County (MHAEC). His areas of expertise are problem solving and interfacing with staff, and on a day-to-day basis he oversees business operations and works to secure monetary funding to ensure continued operations. In addition, the association funds Prospect House for adults in the county who have been diagnosed with mental illnesses and are in need of day-treatment options. Committed to supporting the mentally ill, MHAEC also operates the Lewis H. Loeser Center for Low Cost Psychotherapy and funds programs including Prospect Employment Services, Integrated Case Management Services, Collaborative Justice Services and Intensive Family Support Services.
Along with his work with MHAEC, Mr. Croessmann has presented at a number of mental health conferences. A licensed clinical social worker, Mr. Croessmann began his career with MHAEC after receiving his bachelor's degree in psychology from Denison University. He also holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and is a strong supporter of Fordham University's nonprofit leadership course. In addition, Mr. Croessmann completed a seminar in field instruction at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. The focus of this course was to supervise MSW-level graduate students. In addition to his degrees and other professional certifications, Mr. Croessmann is a certified post traumatic

stress management and psychological first aid counselor. In 2012, he served as a presented at the annual Mental Health America Conference in Tulsa, OK. In 2011, he was asked by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families to be part of their task force to develop the Adolescent Services Strategic Plan for the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Croessmann attributes his professional success to his passion for the industry and his ability to maintain perspective. In the years to come, Mr. Croessmann hopes to continue to help people in need of mental health services and to take on academic teaching duties. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his family. For more information about MHAEC, visit http://www.mhaessex.org.
