/24-7PressRelease/ -- Winners have been selected for Roto-Rooter's Chilling Tales Sweepstakes, the contest launched alongside its recent book launch Chilling Tales from the Porcelain Seat. Patricia Frederick of Palos Hills, Illinois took home the top prize, and will join SyFy Channel's Ghost Hunters Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson on a ghost hunt of the Stanley hotel, filming location of the movie The Shining.
Craig Mortensen of Fremont, Nebraska took home the second prize, a stay at the Spaulding Inn, owned and operated by Ghost Hunters stars Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson.
"Our Chilling Tales contest is a great addition to our promotions surrounding our book Chilling Tales from the Porcelain Seat," Roto-Rooter spokesperson Paul Abrams said. "We wanted the prizes to embody the same quirky and sometimes eerie things that can accompany plumbing disasters, and nothing fits the bill better than a ghost hunt."
Abrams added that the book makes a perfect gift for Halloween or holiday gift exchanges.
