/24-7PressRelease/ -- The RTP CFO Forum (www.rtpcfos.com) will hold its monthly meeting on Friday, July 1, 2011. The organization serves as a peer-to-peer networking and discussion opportunity for more than 200 senior financial executives in the Triangle area. Titled, "Beyond Budgeting: Where is That?" the meeting will focus on principles used as a model for flexible enterprise control.
Christopher T. McKittrick, CPA, MBA, CFE, will lead the group in an exploration of the 12 Beyond Budgeting Principles that are helping redefine the management model of many top organizations. McKittrick is a member of the North Carolina State University faculty, where he is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Accounting. He is also the owner of Perspective Business Advisors, LLC (www.perspectivebusadvisorsllc.com). McKittrick has more than 30 years of business experience with leadership positions in audit, financial management, and information systems.
Forum topics include:

• Early warning signals to allow for rapid response to changing events
