/24-7PressRelease/ -- Darnell T. Glover, President of the Wadsworth Elementary School's Local School Council has announced he is running for reelection. He states that "Our children and students are in great need of our assistance, knowledge, wisdom and understanding." "We as parents, teachers, staff and community members, must show an greater interest in them, getting to really know them and spending more time talking with them .
Darnell further states "At the moment our children are voiceless and lost and don't know what to do with their time. They need our attention, wisdom, knowledge and understanding! They need to know that we care and love them! This is not just being right, but the right thing to do! We as parents and community members must show a greater interest in their education and their needs."
Mr. Glover states that he "firmly believe that Wadsworth Elementary School's role and that of it's Local School Council in education is not to serve the system. It is to served the children! The Public Schools were founded on the principles of democracy, for the sole purpose of providing a high-quality education to all children and nurturing good citizens and future leaders!"
"We have to raise our voices as one for our children and fight for their educational rights. We must be heard as parents, community members and become very active in our children's successes and educational process. You may find that your Two Cents is worth more then you may think. Stand up and be counted. Voice your concerns and express your suggestions and state your solutions loudly and boldly."
Become part of the village that assist in raising all of our children. More than ever 'IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE OUR CHILDREN!" you as a parent, we as a community can't do it along.
