With over 16 years of experience in leadership and sales, the latest two in his current position, Mr. Kuhn specializes in turning around and accelerating sales growth of organizations. He is responsible for helping numerous organizations with building sales teams and creating a sales-centric culture to increase sales success. Mr. Kuhn constantly sets high goals for himself and the business; he currently expects 50 percent growth in sales this year in a single division and 75-100 percent growth next year. He credits much of his success & accomplishments to his planning & execution know-how and discipline instilled from serving in the U.S. Navy for over 10 years. His work experience, education and his desire to actually help people solve problems - which is what the best sales professionals do - inspired him to become involved in his current profession. Success is not something he takes for granted and he attributes his success to the ability to face new challenges, his drive and his innate capability to see opportunity in tough situations.
Mr. Kuhn received his Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from the Iowa State University. He is a member of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network the Software Association of Oregon and Portland Yacht Club. He volunteers through the Northwest Entrepreneur Forum and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He aspires to always continue his professional growth and looks forward to obtaining his master of business administration and, eventually, a Ph.D. in management.
