    CONCORD, NC, March 10, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Ryan Platt, Founder, Speaker and Certified Special Care Planner for A Special Needs Plan, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of his career.

Mr. Platt has spent the past 6 years building A Special Needs Plan, Inc. into a nationally recognized Advisory Firm working to enhance the lives of those with Special Needs and their families by guiding them through the L.I.F.E. Planning Process. He teaches families and professionals how to use the Family Empowerment Pathway to define and then address the needs, fears, hopes and dreams of the family and their Special Needs Loved One. He became involved in his profession because he wanted to help people and their families. He attributes his success to the support he receives from his wife, his continued diligence, the families he works with and his faith in God. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Mecklenburg County, completed his MBA in 2003 and his Certification in Special Care Planning in 2005. In his free time, Ryan enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
