/24-7PressRelease/ -- Project management and investment company S2S has appointed Graham Walsh as Group Human Resources Director as the company explores new opportunities for expansion in the Middle East energy sector.
Mr. Walsh, who has more than 25 years' experience in HR, has been tasked with transforming S2S's HR into a leading edge stand alone unit.
To achieve this he will establish a shared service model and streamline process, policies and procedures, before enhancing company structure and culture, working practices and behavior.
S2S is currently exploring new business opportunities in the Middle East to develop and launch companies providing logistics and personnel services to the energy sector. It also recently launched its own fourth-party logistics provider.
S2S Managing Partner Samir Sunbol said: "Graham has a vast amount of experience in helping fast growing companies like ours implement the staffing structure and procedures required to enable continual development."
Mr. Walsh has spent 27 years working in HR for well known companies, 15 of those internationally in Eastern Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
During the last ten years, he has operated at HR Director Level advising companies globally and has also specialized in interim project management based roles.
