It was installed towards the end of 2007 and is already helping the company as Mike Gawthorne, ARM Managing Director commented: "To date, the new system has been extremely well received by everyone - we can see a definite increase in call levels and CV activity. Feedback from our consultants has been very positive."
SABER Analytics Co Founder and CEO, Tony Dandridge, said: "As ARM has expanded over the years, the company wanted a means of communicating and knowledge sharing that also helped motivate employees. It was essential that any solution could report data in real time and be integrated with ARM's existing CRM system - pulling out key information and presenting it visually in a meaningful way.
"ARM did not want it to be too analytical or too statistically orientated. It was important that team and company information and targets were presented as well as league tables rather than just focusing on top earners in certain areas of the business. Furthermore, ARM did not want the data to focus on just the money side - they wanted it to be open and fair and applicable to junior and senior staff and be a useful information tool for the whole company," Dandridge added.
Four large plasma screens around the ARM offices are positioned so that all employees can see information and news updates at the same time.
Implementation was very straightforward - the SABER team worked very closely with their client to ensure they fully understood the system and what ARM wanted to achieve from introducing such a solution.
ARM is now considering further extending the SABER system to include its back end solution, which will provide more detailed data and information that ARM can then use strategically in further developing its business.
