-- Sabira Beg, Executive Director and Owner of First Steps Early Learning Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in child care.
As the executive director and owner of First Steps Early Learning Center, Ms. Beg is responsible for overseeing operations and curriculum, managing 20 staff members, scheduling, ensuring safety of the children and center, interacting with parents and teaching in classrooms. After experiencing dissatisfaction with her son's day care situation, she decided to start her own center. She attributes her success to her motivation, her desire to deliver the best for children and to the support she receives from her family as well as her staff.
