/24-7PressRelease/ -- Building upon their ongoing community outreach program, dozens of employees of Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation and RDTC Inc., volunteered their time to support the local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
"The Sacramento SPCA has done so much for both the pets and pet owners of the community," notes The Tax Lady Roni Deutch. "Animal welfare is a cause that is close to my heart, and I was ecstatic that so many employees wanted to get involved. In addition to adoption services, the SPCA also offers spaying/neutering services, vaccine and microchip clinics, and even training classes. The SPCA is truly a great asset to the community."
The 16th Annual Doggy Dash took place on Saturday May 30th from 7 am to 1 pm at the William Land Park in Sacramento. The purpose of the event was to raise funds for the Sacramento SPCA, and included activities such as a doggy run/walk, a dog show, a pet-friendly vendor section, demonstrations by K9 Police Dogs, and tons of games for the whole family. Employees of Ms. Deutch's law firm - Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation - and her tax preparation franchise - RDTC Inc. - helped work the event, and had dozens of volunteers on hand throughout the day.
"The event was a huge success thanks to the tireless work of the SPCA, A Change of Pace and all the volunteers. We were just glad to be a part of such a heavily attended event. The law firm's volunteers were spread throughout the event, from parking attendants, to helping set up the race, to staffing the 'Hydration Stations' and helping with the tear down. We were everywhere! It was truly rewarding to help such a great organization raise some much-needed funds, while providing a great event for all the dogs and their owners. We will definitely be back next year."
