Saltwater and Marine Power Systems?

Off-grid power systems are popular in boats and marine use. A new series of Power Inverters and Inverter/Charger is very robust and more compact than previously seen.

WOLFHAUSEN, SWITZERLAND, January 09, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With a pure Sine Wave Inverter will it be able to use regular 230 volts applications from 12, 24 or 36 volts battery packs. Clayton Power has developed the third generation of power inverters, the power products are manufactured and tested to resist vibrations and harsh environment.

The Sine Wave Inverters are in a series from 1000 to 2300 watts. The Inverters are able to start applications with high starting peak consumption by using their smooth start-up technology. That the units are very robust and compact is a great advantage to use at marine power inverter systems.

The new series of products also consists of Combies where Inverter and Charger is one single unit. The benefits of the Inverter/Charger can automatically switch between charging batteries and operate as an off-grid power system, this makes it to serve as UPS and backup power.

The Power Inverter and Combi series from Clayton Power has a safe voltage shutdown function.
