SAN DIEGO, CA, July 18, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David Davis, founder and CEO of StarPoint Advantage (www.starpointadvantage.com), announced today that his fast-growing IT services firm has acquired competitor Balti Group Consulting.
With the acquisition, the 5-year-old StarPoint Advantage not only broadens its market share but also adds new capabilities that complement existing services. Both of these aspects align with StarPoint's mission of being San Diego's full-service IT department for small and midsized businesses.
